    Pink Frog Interactive, founded in 2005, is a design consultancy that helps you improve your customers’ experience across your organization. We take complex products, services and systems and make them intuitive and easy to navigate. We focus on improving the quality of experience and human interaction with web applications, product interfaces, services, touchpoints and interactions. We follow a human-centered design process and uses principles and techniques derived from cognitive science, psychology, and anthropology to design and test services, product interfaces and interactions in order to make them useful, usable and desirable.

    At each touchpoint in your customer journey, we help imrove the brand, consistency and experience. Some of our services include strategy, roadmap planning, user experience (UX), user interface (UI), design research, marketing, information architecture (IA), social media marketing, visual design, branding, style guides, print design, trade show design, and web.

    Our vision is a country where people have equal access to public services because they are designed in a way that is thoughtful, intuitive, easy to navigate, transparent, accountable and user-centered. Our mission is to create a better world by doing human-centered design, making the complex clear, and solving complex problems with design thinking. Understanding people's unique challenges, emotions, culture, and goals allow for empathy. Empathy creates compassion which is necessary for shifts in mindset. Shifts in mindset change the world.

  • Our Principal and Founder

    The Principal and Founder, Tammy Fritz, has over 25 years experience in design. She has Masters of Design Degree in Design from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh.

    Tammy has helped dozens of companies build and rebrand product applications across multiple industries at different stages of the software and company lifecycle. She's also been the sole marketing department for several companies. Tammy is trained in visual design, human factors and design principles so she studies how people make decisions, their emotions, how they learn, perceive, think, and behave. Her designs are data-driven and her research contains actionable insight.

  • Our Approach

    We follow an iterative, user-centered design process and use principles and techniques derived from cognitive science, psychology, behavior science, neuroscience and anthropology to design and test interfaces and touchpoints across the customer journey in order to make them useful, usable and desirable.

    We study the way people learn, behave, memorize and perceive, and cognitive functions like attention, memory, emotions, and decision making. We understand heuristics and design principles to make large complex amounts of information easier to understand and navigate. We believe the power of design is magical.
